The problem is most people make high calorie weight gain shakes that taste awful. I’m talking about having to gulp down with their nose plugged bad. How to Make It

Pour your choice of milk into the blender container. I have been using almond milk recently so I will pour 6-8 ounces in.

Take two frozen bananas and take the peel off carefully with a knife. *TIP* Let bananas sit for a minute so they soften just a bit. It will make them easier to cleanly cut off the peels.

Chop frozen bananas and put them in with the milk.

Nutribullet NBR –  ($59.99) My favorite part about this Nutribullet is how the container turn into your cup after you are finished blending. Nowhere near as power as the Vitamix, but it gets the job done quickly and effectively.

Vitamix E310 Explorian – ($299.99) If you haven’t heard of Vitamix before, it is the Cadillac of blenders. Besides longevity, the Vitamix is great because it pulverizes better other blenders cannot because of the powerful motor. This means no more seeds in your shakes. If you make protein shakes on a daily basis and want a blender that might outlive you, pick this up.

Whey Protein – I have experimented with dozens of brands and flavors of protein powders over the years. You want a flavor that tastes good, but not overly sweet. You want the product to contain only the essential nutrients, not junk you don’t need. Here is the only whey protein I recommend for this weight gain shake:
