Hi there! My name is Will, and I’m thrilled you’re here.
Like a lot of people, I’ve had trouble gaining weight my entire life. I have a fast metabolism and have always been skinny. I probably always will be, to an extent.
And, like a lot of people, I’ve tried a lot of different stuff to gain a bit of weight. Some of it worked, some of it didn’t.
I’m on a constant journey to maintain a healthy body weight, and I want to share my tips, experiences and information.
If it’s out there, I’ve probably tried it. Weight gain supplements and powders (vegan and veggie too), crazy diets, you name it.

Below the Minimum
I can remember a time when I was in university: we were all required to take a body fat test to see what our percentage was. Apparently the minimum healthy amount for a male of my age was 6%. I stepped on the scale and the number read 5%, and I remember the girl running the machine gasping. I wasn’t an athlete, I ate a lot, I just couldn’t keep any weight on my body.
This site is free, and always will be. I want the information I provide to be readily available to anyone who needs it. In my opinion, no one should have to pay to gain weight and feel great about themselves. That’s why I’ll always maintain a free information policy.
